It all started with Garry looking for a new bottom for his other manufacturer's aluminum drift boat. Many conversations with Chuck and much research later, I purchased Chuck's old Warrior from him sight unseen from a state away. This really goes to show how much confidence I have in Chuck and his team, and I must say, the purchase was one of the best I have ever made. The first time I set eyes on my boat, my jaw dropped to the floor. Having oared many other drift boats, I was amazed at how my 17' Warrior handled and how easily it oared for a large boat. The wave cutter bow does just as its name implies. Going through 3-4' rollers on the Main Salmon River in Idaho, we stayed nice and dry and the boat is amazingly quiet compared to any other manufacturer's boat I have been in. The kevlar wrapped, dimpled bottom is simply amazing! The attention to detail that your craftsmen delivered on my boat is second to none and the "out of the box" thinking that you and your team used in designing and manufacturing, leaves the competition in the dust. Any time I have any questions or need anything, your team is a phone call away and jumps to help me.
I was so impressed with your customer service that I needed to start a new paragraph to go into more detail for potential customers. The passion that the entire crew has for their product is seen from the first time you call Pavati. From the engineers to the welders, the painters to the receptionist, I very much enjoyed my experience at Pavati Marine and wanted to give everyone a heartfelt thank you for all their hard work. I can't express enough how impressive the boat has been and everyone that sees it is amazed. If you are in Idaho and see two goofballs rowing a couple of Pavati's on the Salmon, Clearwater or Snake rivers, be sure to honk and wave and we'd be happy to give you a tour of the best, most innovative drift boats in the industry.

I am, by nature, a meticulous customer and desire details to precision. Pavati Marine has those standards in their work and it shows. I appreciate whole heartedly the time you extended me over several conversations on the phone and the many emails to incorporate my exacting standards into the boat. Chuck, Paul, and John went above and beyond what I have encountered as a consumer elsewhere, even when you all were so incredibly busy at the shop. I just want to say thank you, your staff was great. About 20 minutes
after I sent the email jim called me to figure out what he had to do to
fix the situation. Not many other companies can say that about there
staff. The trailer is fixed and rides better than it did before. This
is the first boat I can pull at 75.
We took the boat out on the upper green river this past weekend, it
floats like a dream. My wife was amazed at how little you have to be
on the oars for such a big boat.
I will get you some pics later this week.
We have been a hit with almost everybody we pass on the river and at
the ramps. I had an old school guide tell me that the doors were a
stupid idea at the ramp, later as he caught up to us he saw my wife
step out of the boat into about 15" of water his comment then was
maybe the doors are a good idea. He had to take his boat into shore
for his passenger to get out and they still had problems .I told him to
get with the times and get doors. |
