One of the most well respected anglers in the Great Lakes; Troy Creasy owns and operates High Adventure Sportfishing, based in Pulaski, New York, and is a locale expert on catching salmon, steelhead and brown trout. With close to 30 years of guiding experience on Lake Ontario Tributaries. Along with guiding and instructing over 300 days per year, Troy is also the editor and former owner of Lake Ontario Outdoors, this magazine is the authority for the Lake Ontario Region and helps drive the fisheries throughout the year. The quarterly publication draws interest from the entire Northeast as its circulation spans several states and focuses on the famed steelhead and salmon runs of Upstate NY.. Creasy spends the spring and summer trolling Lake Ontario in his 29; Penn Yan for trout and salmon from May until mid September, while also taking time in between during May and June to head south to Oneida Lake where he targets walleye, bass and pike. From mid-September through December and again in March and April, he is pulling the oars of his Pavati drift boat and concentrates his efforts on the famed Salmon, Black and Oswego Rivers in search of Chinook Salmon, Steelhead and Brown Trout.

JD Richey has been guiding full time since 1998. In Northern California, he specializes in striped bass, salmon and steelhead with both fly and conventional gear. When working in Alaska, Chinook and coho salmon and rainbow trout are his primary target species. JD’s also a columnist and staff writer for Salmon Trout Steelheader, Fish Alaska and other national and regional publications.

Cody Herman was born and raised in the Great Northwest. His passion for the outdoors has led him around the world in search of the next great adventure. He is currently the Host of “Day One Outdoors TV” which focuses on educating its viewers by focusing on techniques that make Pro’s successful! Cody has also guest hosted shows on ESPN, Fox Sports, Outdoor Channel, World Fishing Network, Sun Sports as well as several other local programs.

Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Jon Geyer has fished the Rogue and surrounding rivers for 25 years. He has been a guide since 2006. Jon is one of the most trusted guides on the Rogue and a great dude to spend a day in the boat with. You’ll also find him guiding the Umpqua, Coquille and Chetco. As a full-time guide, he spends all year fishing for Salmon and Steelhead all across Southwest Oregon. Like most guides and fisherman, fishing is a true obsession for Jon. His passion lies in taking care of his clients and ultimately giving them the experience of putting them on fish. In his words, “Being able to teach people how to catch fish and show them a great time on the river is what I love to do.” Heck, even on his days off, you’ll find him drifting down the river in his Pavati with a hook in the water!

Alex has spent the last 20 years fishing the Southern Oregon waters. His passion for the outdoors has led him to decades of studying, learning and obsessing about salmon and steelhead. His experiences and knowledge have now led him into a career as a full time fishing guide. Alex guides on the: Rogue, Chetco, Elk, Sixes, N. Umpqua, S. Umpqua, S. Fork Coquille and the Applegate Rivers.
